About Center Parc Stadium

About Center Parc Stadium

Center Parc Stadium is at 755 Hank Aaron Drive SE in Atlanta. Built for the 1996 Summer Olympics as Centennial Olympic Stadium, it later became Turner Field before its conversion into a football stadium for Georgia State University in 2017.

From Travel Inn Atlanta, the stadium is about an 11-minute drive. Its address gives you a clear destination for a rideshare or directions, but event-day parking and entry arrangements can vary by event.

Tickets, Entry and Venue Policies

Ticket
purchase page for single-game and season tickets

Georgia State Athletics provides an official ticket-purchase page for single-game and season tickets. The stadium ticket office can also be reached at (404) 413-4020; it is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed on weekends.

Permitted bags include a clear bag no larger than 12 × 6 × 12 inches, a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag, or a clutch no larger than 4.5 × 6.5 inches.

Backpacks and larger bags are prohibited, with exceptions for medical requirements or special needs. Service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities are permitted; other animals are not.

Outside alcohol is prohibited. Public-area alcohol sales end at the beginning of the fourth quarter. Policies can change, so check the official site before you go.

Parking and Drop-Off

Parking and Drop-Off

Parking options include the Convocation Center Deck for presale or day-of parking, Summerhill A for Panther Athletic Club and handicap parking, and Georgia Avenue for Panther Athletic Club and student tailgate passes. Parking locations may differ because of campus construction, so use current event information when choosing a lot.

Presale parking ends at 11:59 p.m. the night before gameday. The Blue Lot is designated for students and special-pass parking; students need an active Panther ID to park free. These arrangements may change, so confirm your parking plan before driving to the stadium.

Transit and Event-Day Routes

MARTA Route 49, McDonough Boulevard / Hill Street, identifies Center Parc Stadium as a point of interest. Check this guide to Atlanta public transport for broader information on getting around the city, then confirm the route details for your travel date.

Georgia State students can use Panther Express, which drops them at Gate 8 during pregame and picks them up in the Red Lot behind Yugo. The Rapid A-Line is a 5-mile roundtrip connecting Downtown Atlanta, Capitol Gateway, Summerhill, Peoplestown and the Atlanta Beltline.

If you are arriving by air before heading to the stadium, read about travel from Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport for airport-to-city options.

Allowing Time for Arrival

Plan your route around the event’s stated gate opening and kickoff time, and leave room for parking or transit connections. For Georgia State football, ticketed gates have opened 90 minutes before kickoff. Gate 8 is not a ticketed entrance; it serves as the primary entrance and exit for Panther Pregame in the promenade.

That gate arrangement and opening timing are event-specific details, so verify them against the current event information. Keep your ticket and any parking details handy as you approach, and follow the instructions for your assigned lot or entrance.
